ABOUT THE BLACK BOOK EXPERIENCE
The Black Book Experience (BBE) provides diversity, equity, and inclusion training to businesses. This training focuses on preparing employers to hire, train and retain level 1 autistic persons with high in demand skills to be integrated into their workforce. Our approach extends into training management and their teams to ensure optimal integration and support for all team members to ensure success. Our approach in applying diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts is specifically tailored for hiring persons on the autism spectrum for your various work environments.
