The Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency
SCV seeks to build a “Bench” of qualified consultants to collaborate with SCV Water staff to develop/innovate solutions that advance Agency objectives. It is anticipated that the Water Resilience Initiative will be a continuous work effort on a permanent basis. As such, over time, tools and understandings developed in early phases will be owned, updated and maintained by SCV Water staff. Consultants must embrace this approach and be flexible in the method of project delivery to meet the needs of the Agency as those needs evolve. In general terms, the intent is to select the most qualified firms to address issues and impart necessary expertise to key SCV Water staff to facilitate future management.
