El Paso County Public Health is soliciting responses from qualified Consultants to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for a Workforce Analysis to identify and analyze historical and current Public Health workforce data. The analysis will include recommendations for staffing ratios to best serve the public health needs of El Paso County.
