Description
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to procure professional consultant services to develop a new Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) for Orange County, North Carolina in accordance with accepted planning practices and N.C. General Statutes, Chapter 160D, Article 5. The CLUP will serve as both a physical plan and policy guide developed through an analysis of existing conditions and trends, evaluation of the existing Comprehensive Plan (2008), and incorporate land use related aspects of other recent County planning initiatives in the areas of transit, housing, climate, and Countywide strategic planning.
