Description

Contract shall consist of three (3) separate aggregates for light-duty, heavy-duty and off-road/specialty tires and three (3) separate aggregates for light-duty, heavy-duty and off-road/specialty mobile unit services. The City shall award contracts in each of the six (6) separate aggregates for up to two (2) Bidders per aggregate that meets the Minimum Qualifications of this Solicitation whose Bids are deemed to be the Lowest Responsive Bids. Responsive Bids will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined herein. If applicable, a Contract Monitoring Division (CMD) Contract Compliance Officer will assess Bid compliance with Local Business Enterprise (LBE) requirements and assign a Bid Discount to eligible Bids.
