Clark County SWEO is seeking a contractor to lead a process to develop and produce the Equity and Environmental Justice Plan. The Consultant is to use the following as a guide to study Clark County’s solid waste system, and develop a Plan that addresses Justice, Equity Diversity, and Inclusion (“JEDI”).
