Description

CDE is seeking a vendor to administer the TLCC survey, manage the dataset, report results publicly on a website, update current reporting tools or create new data displays for schools and districts that are customized to support the state’s educator evaluation system and Unified Improvement Planning (UIP) process, provide a summary of current and historic findings (both for Colorado and nationally), and provide technical assistance to the state on new and innovative ways to use the survey to inform state policy and practices in the field. Website pages must include: the survey instrument, live participation tracking, help desk resources, final survey results by state, district, and school with the ability to disaggregate, as appropriate.
