Description
The Project seeks a Subaward Management Expert to develop capacity development content such as references, job aids, case studies, virtual trainings and other material. The consultant will serve as primary Consultant Solicitation
October 2022 content contributor on subaward management topics such as regulatory requirements, solicitations, due diligence, monitoring and management, and contractual actions. The consultant will work closely with FHI
360’s Headquarters Contracts Management Services (CMS) team to ensure that content is consistent with organizational policies and procedures and will work with the learning design experts to transform the content into learning objects.
Consultant responsibilities include:
• Assess existing CMS subaward training and resource material for relevance, applicability of content to current requirements, and benefit to country-based teams.
• Update the material above as needed and develop new content for CMS-related material in the capacity development series. Consult with and obtain clearance from CMS of this material.
• Work with the learning design experts to translate content into learning objects.
• Identify subaward management content to be included in capacity development (pre & post) assessments and competency validation.
• Refine content based on feedback from the Project core team, testing and piloting stages.
• May participate in the Project capacity development testing and piloting as a facilitator or observer.
• Contribute to other Project tasks as specified by the Project Manager.
