VTA seeks proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each, a “Proposer”) to provide a comprehensive threat & vulnerability risk assessment and multi-year training and exercise program to support the National Incident Management System (NIMS)/ California’s Standardized Emergency Management System (SEMS) and U. S. Dept. of Homeland Security Core Capabilities & All Hazard Preparedness related services from year 2023 to 2028 (“Project”). VTA is seeking an experienced team that can provide VTA with full-service system security analytical skills related to risk to strengthen and support a training and exercise program to build an effective emergency management & emergency preparedness program.
