Description
The San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive Risk Assessment Services which include an agency- wide Risk Assessment, and a three-year Internal Audit Plan. The selected firm will be required to perform an agency-wide Risk Assessment of all departments, including the San Gabriel Valley Regional Housing Trust (SGVRHT). The purpose of the Risk Assessment is to understand the SGVCOG’s operating environment to determine where the greatest risks lie, and to develop a comprehensive three-year Internal Audit Plan designed to address the most significant audit risks facing the agency as identified by the Risk Assessment.
