Description
The State seeks to develop a network of CBO trusted partners to reach communities around the State’s high priority issues by soliciting and selecting organizations with knowledge of the local context and population and who have collaborated with a network of local organizations by: 1) Selecting organizations who can directly engage communities through education and outreach activities. 2) Contracting with nonprofit organizations, also referred to as CBOs, to support their planning, implementation and staffing for a one-to-two-year time frame. 3) Establishing a monitoring system to incorporate quantitative and qualitative data insights for planning.
