These specifications cover the production of Research, Applied Analytics & Statistics (RAAS) Customer Satisfaction Surveys consisting of various forms (letters, inserts, and postcards) and envelopes requiring such operations as electronic prepress, proofing, printing, variable imaging, trimming, folding, wafer sealing, envelope construction, inserting, and mailing/distribution. Mailings may consist from one to ten waves with some waves having multiple contacts/multiple versions per wave. In addition, orders may require additional ad-hoc mailings. The print order will indicate the components and number of waves/contacts for the mailing (see “INSERTING AND ASSEMBLY” for typical components per mailing).
