Racial Equity Consulting

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC, or “Department”), a department of the City and County of San Francisco (“City”), seeks to retain the services of two qualified Contractors to provide as-needed racial equity contract services including but not limited to the following: project management and change management, system and capacity development, improvements to internal workforce systems, improvements to agency services and assets, employee engagement, staff training and facilitation, manager and supervisor training and coaching, employee support, community engagement, and effective and transparent communication. The SFPUC seeks to select Proposers1 with proven expertise and extensive experience in the following areas: racial equity-specific program design and facilitation; organizational development and change; staff development and training; research services; and strong project management experience in developing and/or implementing strategic plans, clear metrics and evaluation systems.
