The Boca Raton Airport Authority (BRAA) is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms with demonstrated expertise in Public Relations and Marketing Services to prepare a coordinated three-year Marketing Plan and provide continuing professional services in public relations and community engagement; internal and external communications; graphic design and video services; web hosting, content, and maintenance; and proactive media campaigns and responses (Part A). The BRAA is also interested in receiving proposals outlining a coordinated year-long public relations campaign including graphics, community and media engagement, and special event coordination celebrating the Boca Raton Airport’s 75th Anniversary as a public use airport. The campaign will commence in January 2023 and culminate on December 28, 2023, the Airport’s Anniversary(Part B). The BRAA may award both Parts to one firm or may award each Part separately.
