The California State Controller's Office (SCO) is seeking a Contractor to provide a team of consultants to perform Project Management Services for the California State Payroll System (CSPS) Project. The Respondent shall propose five (5) Key staff, two (2) of which must be either a Senior Project Manager or a Project Manager classification.
