The County of El Dorado (County) is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from highly qualified and experienced firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondent” or “firm”) to provide project management services on an as-needed basis for various County projects throughout El Dorado County. Firms must have and demonstrate their experience in providing complete knowledge and substantial experience in project management services. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a Qualified List (hereinafter referred to as “QL”) of qualified and experienced firms to provide project management services on an as-needed basis for an approximate three-year period. The County makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum amount of services which shall be requested of any Respondents named to the resulting QL.
