Description
It is the intent of the Waxahachie ISO to enter into a contract and/or agreement with a company to provide project management services for the construction of two elementary campuses and addition to existing campus. Scope of work to include, but not limited to: • Provide project management services for proposed, or on-going construction of elementary campuses and other projects as approved/assigned. • Presentation of monthly progress reports to administration and possible reporting at school board meetings. • Attendance at and participation in quarterly bond oversight committee meetings. • Meetings with various administrators to update on construction progress as requested.
