Description

The Scope of Services shall include but not be limited to the following. Please note that the following is not intended to be an all-inclusive listing of the Professional Engineering or Architectural Services which CRHA may require but is intended to be a representative listing of issues that CRHA has previously encountered. CRHA shall reserve the right to, if necessary, retain any Offeror to provide any services that the Offeror has shown an ability to provide: (a) Site plan development for construction planning (b) Site conditions assessment including boundary and topographic survey (c) Design and drawing development for construction of single-family residence, multi-family residence and/or administrative building or community center (d) Design and drawing development for building improvement and/or refurbishment (e) Development of sewage and/or storm water drainage plans (f) Construction contract development and contract oversight
