The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA or Authority) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested and qualified firms for design and construction phase services for the Jacksonville International Airport’s Third Parking Garage. These services shall be rendered in full compliance with the administrative and technical requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration, the Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) and the Florida Department of Transportation.
