Description: Gensler has been retained by Mercy Housing to serve as the Architect for the TI Behavioral Health Building. Gensler on behalf of Mercy Housing and the SF Department of Public Health requests proposals from qualified firms interested in providing professional consultant services for the design and construction of Parcel E1.2 – Behavioral Health located on Treasure Island. This new Behavioral Health building is comprised of approximately 148 bedrooms accommodating up to 444 Substance-Use-Disorder (SUD) Residential Step-Down beds in a six-story building. The selected professional services consultants will contract directly with Gensler. Mercy Housing is acting as the turnkey developer for the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SF DPH). SF DPH will be the owner and operator of the facility. HealthRIGHT 360 will also operate their program in the building. The facility will provide replacement and expansion of Residential Step-Down beds on Treasure Island.
