Description
The City of Asheville is soliciting Requests for Proposals (“RFP”) from interested, qualified Consulting Firms to develop a Comprehensive Plan for the Parks and Recreation Department, hereafter referred to as the Plan. The City of Asheville is strongly committed to providing high quality parks, recreation facilities and programs for citizens and visitors to the community. The Plan should provide a system-wide analysis which will create strategies for recreation programming, parks and facility improvements throughout the community presently for a 10 year horizon with equity being a major, guiding principle.
