Description

Owner is seeking an OA who is experienced in progressive design-build and other alternative project delivery methods who will guide Owner throughout the Project. The OA will oversee and coordinate the activities of the Design-Build Team as set forth in the OA Contract. The Owner has listed items included in the scope of work to aid prospective OA’s in identifying the level of service required for this contract. The scope of work assumes a Progressive Design Build method and may change depending on the chosen project delivery method. Under this method, the initial contract will include Phase 1 and the City intends to supplement subsequent phases, at its discretion, as the project progresses.
