Description

The City of Los Angeles, Civil, Human Rights, and Equity Department (CHRED) is establishing a pre-qualified list of vendors, contractors, and organizations that can provide on-call, as-needed, community outreach when the department requires an external partner meaningfully and authentically engage Angelenos. The result of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be a call list with an estimated 5 - 10 organizations, each with a 3-year contract. When needed, the department will issue a Task Order Solicitation (TOS) that will specify the immediate need. Organizations will then be asked for a price for services requested. Based on the qualifications of the organizations and cost, an organization will be selected to implement the service needed.
