Description

Driven by aging infrastructure, continuous regulatory updates, and the SPR vision to “Renew water for Colorado’s Future”, SPR is seeking a consultant to assist in an update of the existing Master Plan with the goal of providing long-term guidance and planning for future capital improvement projects needed to comply with regulatory requirements, maintain facility reliability, and identify opportunities for innovation. The Master Plan will build upon previous master and capital planning efforts and will include, but is not limited to, the following services: • Regulatory review and analysis • Facility infrastructure and asset evaluation • Alternatives analysis • Capital Plan update
