Description

The City of Boulder is seeking to make updates to the current Inclusionary Housing Program to improve affordable housing outcomes and simplify certain administrative aspects of the Program. Specifically, the city wishes to explore best practices in inclusionary housing programs, conduct a market analysis to identify incentives/disincentives for building on-site units, and study long-term feasibility of the program.
