Workforce Solutions Capital Area Workforce Board (Board) is seeking outsourced proposals from qualified firms or entities to provide Human Resources services, including but not limited to: 1.) Job posting and recruiting of new staff; 2.) Review and update the employee manual as needed; 3.) Increase team cohesiveness to promote more effective work relationships; 4.) Address co-workers’ conflicts as needed; 5.) Other services as needed; 6.) Assist with wage survey as needed; 7.) Tracking employee development and advancement; and 8.) Review of job descriptions as needed. We are not seeking to outsource the employee payroll function.
