Description

The City of Greeley seeks Statements of Qualifications from a qualified consultant(s) who can conduct a twopart city-wide housing needs assessment which would 1) Identify gaps in the City of Greeley’s overall housing inventory and 2) Specifically identify opportunity sites for affordable housing development projects in the community. This will include the creation and design of a subarea plan for an area identified as best suited and available for affordable housing. Consultants may submit for one or both parts of the project. This project is being funded through a grant award through the Innovative Housing Opportunities Planning (IHOP) grant (HB 21-1271). Project completion deadline is August 2023.
