Description

The University of Wyoming (UW) and the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) are creating a curriculum for high school students focused on digital assets and blockchain. To make the topics compelling for their audience, UW and WDE want to create a 12-chapter graphic novel (comic book), for which they will provide the digital textbook content and create accompanying artwork. The selected company will work with the client on a timeline for the development of the digital textbook to support the program’s video modules. Responses should include the cost for completing 12-chapter graphic novel (comic book), suggested timeline needed for development of the 12 chapters with the final date of completion being not later than June 30, 2023.
