Virginia Commonwealth University (“VCU”) is seeking proposals for qualified grant writers with a successful record of securing funding for educational institutions from the federal government, state government and/or private corporations/donor, as defined in greater detail in the Statement of Needs below. Firms who meet the requirements specified in this RFP (“Contractors”) will be issued a fully executed MSA and a contract number for future reference to be used for potential engagements.
