The East Bay Regional Park District ( consultants to conduct a Spring 202 Park District 3 ) is soliciting proposals for scientific survey survey of East Bay residents. This survey is part of the Park District’s annual survey efforts lead by the Government 2023 and Legislative Affairs team. The Spring survey should be designed to include questions on equity and access for all to parks and trails by East Bay residents with specific attention on the ways the community values engaging with the Park District (programming, park signage, events, etc.) help guide the Park District’s daily work and seek consultant should be able to provide an accessible, multilanguage scientific survey. Proposals should include a pricing matrix for multiple lengths, languages and number of interviews for consideration. Specific languages that should be considered within the proposal are English, Spanish and Chinese (incl. Mandarin, Cantonese) .
