Description

The City of Littleton (“City”) is seeking a qualified consultant to provide diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting services. The City values diversity, equity, and inclusion and wants to understand how it can create a better work environment through a comprehensive assessment which will also help us better serve the public. The City is also looking for DEI recommendations and plans that will serve to ensure Littleton is diverse, equitable and inclusive in any action that it takes as a City government. This project is a result of City Council direction and will engage with City Council early in the process as well as to present final results and recommendations. The City is planning for a potential multi-phased approach, with Phase 1 including assessment, analysis, and a report with clear expectations. Phase 2 may include assisting in development of a professional development program curriculum for continued Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion competence training using a train-the-trainer model. Additionally, Phase 2 may include action planning based on report and recommendations from Phase 1, stakeholder engagement, and priorities for the community.
