The purpose of this contract is to provide construction management (CM) and related services to King County Department of Executive Services, Airport Division (“County”) for select Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) projects scheduled for 2023 construction. The Consultant shall provide CM services that include construction services/inspections and post-construction services.
