Description
The purpose of this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals is to establish a two-year service contract with a 3rd-party firm to develop a statistically valid survey instrument with two,12-month renewal options for the development and administration of a citywide survey, as well as to obtain an analysis of the survey data to assist City leaders in understanding and responding to the issues and trends suggested by the data. The intended outcome is to use this information to make better resource allocation decisions during the annual budget process and to monitor aspects of progress towards achieving the City of Dallas stated goals and objectives.
