Description

The County of Galveston is soliciting this Request for Proposal to enter into a professional services agreement with a contractor to recruit, train, and manage volunteers that will be available to assist the Galveston County Office of Emergency Management (GCOEM) in the event of an emergency or disaster. Such events require 24/7 responses from emergency first responders, government employees, various elected and appointed officials, state and local representatives, and other emergency management personnel.
