The selected vendor that will assist Mecklenburg County with the design, implementation, and reporting results of a community engagement effort on the topic of corporate-owned single family rental properties. • The Goal: Understand the public’s interests, needs, and goals related to corporate investors purchasing single-family homes and associated impacts. • The Timeline: This effort is expected to take place from January-March 2023, with a final report of findings to be delivered no later than May 5, 2023.
