The City of Raleigh Department of Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources invites firms with qualifications for consulting services to undertake a multi-year community engagement effort aligned with several funded park infrastructure projects in southeast Raleigh. The overall goal of this contract is to build a stronger relationship with the southeast Raleigh community so that historically underserved and under-represented members are empowered to continually engage and influence the planning and design outcomes of park projects that impact their lives. The contract will be for community engagement services in Southeast Raleigh.
