King County is soliciting proposals from organizations that specialize in urban, rural and regional planning with experience in the Snoqualmie Valley/Northeast King County (SVNEKC) community service area of unincorporated King County to assist planning document creation, editing, graphics creation, and coordination and facilitation of community engagement for the SVNEKC Community Service Area Subarea Plan in 2022 and 2023.
