Description
Following the department's recent name change, the Civil Rights Department (CRD) seeks a contractor to create new branding for the department, as well as a media and outreach campaign to reintroduce CRD to Californians. The campaign shall increase awareness among target audiences of CRD's mission, role, and services. It also aims to empower Californians to understand and exercise their civil rights, and to view themselves as key actors in efforts to reduce discrimination throughout the state. This campaign shall effectively engage as many Californians as possible.
