Notice is hereby given that the City of Bellingham is seeking Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms to provide for the development and implementation of a comprehensive, city-wide business continuity program that integrates disaster recovery and crisis communication into its framework. As outlined and defined in NIST SP 800-34 Rev. 1, the City seeks the development of: Business Continuity Plan (BCP/COOP), Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), and Crisis Communications Plan.
