Description
The Town is issuing a request for proposals (RFP), to provide a Lochbuie Comprehensive Plan update as more fully outlined in the Project Scope. Almost five years have passed since the Town’s current Comprehensive Plan was completed and an update should be initiated as soon as possible to accommodate significant population growth, changing land use patterns and evolving infrastructure and amenity needs. The Town expects project completion by October 1, 2024.
