Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks submittals from qualified firms for professional Project Management/Construction Management services. These services include consulting services for a variety of ACPS capital projects, supplemental staff support on an as needed basis. The initial contract period shall be one (1) year. Awarded contracts may be renewed for up to three (3) additional one-year terms upon mutual agreement of both parties (pursuant to the Virginia Public Procurement Act, Section 2.2-4300 et seq., the VPPA) 5. ACPS is considering multiple awards for this solicitation. Project assignment for awardee shall be on the basis of (1) qualifications of the firm for the specific project; (2) availability of resources, and expertise of staff, (3) ability to meet specific ACPS’s schedule requirements; (4) conflict of interest; (5) ACPS’s best interest; and/or (4) rotational basis.
