Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Contract with an interested and qualified firm to provide planning support for the Alexandria Vision Plan (ALX49) community planning process, with particular focus on civic engagement and communications. Contract services shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, general clauses, and terms and conditions outlined herein.
