Description

Colorado Mesa University (CMU) is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Management/General Contract (CM/GC) firms for construction services for the next phase of campus housing. The University anticipates construction of an apartment style structure to be approximately 46,000 sf. Colorado Mesa University anticipates a Fixed Limit Cost of Construction to be $13.9 million. The project entails construction of a complete and usable facility consisting of all necessary site improvements to include development of needed utility distribution systems. CMU anticipates an aggressive design and construction schedule with a goal of opening to CMU residents August 2023.
