Description
The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Flood Management (DFM), invites qualified firms with extensive background in engineering, environmental, strategic, and operational planning, and project management support services related to DWR flood management activities to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). The Contractor will provide expert technical advice and consultation support services on an as-needed and as-directed basis to flood management programs and will enhance DWR's capability to execute the programs and projects described in DFM¿s Strategic Plan (2021) to meet aggressive programmatic and financial schedules mandated by California's Governor and legislation.
